All interior rail and stile doors are built with Timberstrand™ cores for stability and exceptional performance for doors that fit and function as beautifully as they look. Like fine custom furniture, every Timberline Custom rail-and-stile type of door is built with cope and stick joinery. The cores are wrapped in premium hardwood skins, not veneers, so the true quality of the wood endures over time.
Exterior Doors
By combining premium exterior materials with serious craftsmanship, we design and build our exterior doors to make a first impression that truly lasts. All exterior rail and stile doors are built with cope and stick joinery, like fine custom furniture. We use weather-resistant solid lumber cores for optimal performance. The cores are wrapped in exterior hardwood skins, not veneers, so the true quality of the wood endures over time. Hardware prep is optional. The door frame is built to order and features an adjustable sill, available in a choice of finishes.
Fire-Rated Doors
Continue the beauty of a unique design all the way through a home or business with our custom fire-rated doors. The fireproof core is hidden beneath the skins to create a beautiful, matching door that matches our other custom doors. Available in 20, 40, 60, and 90 minute ratings to comply with any possible building code. Fire-rated jambs also available.
Specialty Doors
Solutions to dilemmas can come in interesting shapes and sizes, like our specialty doors. We can create special angles, panel profiles, thicknesses, jambs, etc. when “standard” doors just won’t work. These problem-solvers are often needed under stairways, in tight corners, or in older homes with unusual proportions.
